Steve Ritchie’s Sincerity

Long-lived pizza franchise, Papa John’s, is grappling with ongoing controversy. In the hopes of repairing their fragile state, Steve Ritchie, the company’s CEO, issued an apology to Papa John’s consumers. Rife with sincere sentiments and patent remorse, Ritchie’s apology appealed to the public. Ritchie began by condemning prejudice and the unsavory actions of Papa John’s. As an attempt to rid the company of this defilement, Ritchie eloquently stated that prior transgressions in no way represent his views or “the values of the company.”

In the hopes of conveying his sincerity, Ritchie stated that insensitive language and bias are inexcusable and will not be present within the walls of Papa John’s. Ritchie then went on to say that Papa John’s is a diverse organization of 120,000 employees, each of whom walk different paths in life. While these words resonated with readers, actions always speak louder. It’s for this reason why Ritchie then delved into how Papa John’s will be rectifying the situation. First and foremost, outside experts will be temporarily joining operations to audit the company’s culture. Said experts will discern the company’s strengths and weaknesses. From there, Papa John’s will be implementing the necessary changes.

As an attempt to uphold accountability, Ritchie promised to remain transparent along the way. Steve Ritchie Papa Johns concluded the letter with some notions on trust. It’s the company’s mission to regain the public’s trust, and Papa John’s will be “working hard to earn it.” What’s more, Ritchie was sure to thank consumers who have remained loyal to Papa John’s during this troubling juncture. Both compassionate and noble, Ritchie’s apology letter was a savvy business move. When Ritchie issued this apology, the public was awed by how genuine and contrite the company was. With time, Papa John’s may be freed from their enduring turmoil.

Whitney Wolfe Wants Networking and Dating to Coincide

Whitney Wolfe is a person that sees how Bumble Bizz can be a great asset. She started with a dating app, but there was so much more that she could do. She knew that a lot of women were uploading their profiles on LinkedIn. She saw another chance to put women in control of their own destiny. In the same way that they were putting their time into finding a mate she knew that there could be an easier way to connect with other people looking for business partners.

When it comes down to dating, there are some people that are going to make sure that they are using an app that is going to help them find what they are looking for quickly. Wolfe knew that people would appreciate the ability to connect quickly in the business world as well. Swiping left or right is something that people can do with the networking the same way they did with dating. She has said that she did not want to replace LinkedIn, but she does believe that there is a need for another platform for business. So many people are just connected to LinkedIn, but they have no other platform for connections with net potential business partners. Read more articles of Whitney Wolfe at vanityfair.com

Whitney Wolfe was smart enough to know that more people were going to abandon a dating app if they finally found the person that they were looking for. With this in mind she wanted Bumble to be more. If she had more than dating on the horizons she had a much better chance of keeping people connected to the app. This was the thing that has allowed Bumble to expand. Some people actually start with the business portion of the app and they transition to the dating. There are others that start with dating and transition to business. There also some people that explore the Bumble BFF area that is strictly for friendships.

Whitney Wolfe put her mind on a multidimensional environment. She made it her mission to perfect dating and move on to other areas. This has allowed Whitney Wolfe to grow her company tremendously.

Doe Deere Speaks Out About Lime Crime And Life.

When it comes to successful female business owners there is one name that come to mind right away, that name is Doe Deere. If you don’t know already, Doe is one of the first women who was successful in harnessing the power of the internet and making it work for her company. Doe Deere is the Founder and CEO of a cosmetic company called Lime Crime which launched back in 2008.

Over the years Lime Crime has been fortunate to creat many new and exciting products that are both colorful and cruelty free. If that wasn’t enough they are also beautiful, bold and vegan friendly. Doe started her product line because there was a huge hole in the industry. The market wanted brighter and true to life colors, and the industry wanted to ignore those requests and produce makeup that people wore to work in dull, boring colors.

As Unicorn Queen, Doe knew it was her duty to raise the lipstick bar just a bit higher and produce a brighter hue to fill the industry void. She took a hundred dollars of her own money and her huge dream and created what is now known as Lime Crime. Soon came lipstick, eye-shadow, rainbow liquid liners, polish for your nails, lip gloss and more. Doe studied fashion design and grew up in New York after moving here from Russia.

Lime Crime is makeup today but it didn’t start that way. Doe started to design her own line of clothes and later got the idea to fill the makeup void and make the colors that matched her creative outfits. When Doe was showing off her clothes for the website, she would mix up her own colors and use that makeup for the photo shoots simply because she couldn’t get the colors she needed for off the rack makeup. Learn more:  http://doedeerefam.com/

Doe says that if there are two things she loves they are fairy tales and makeup. If you add those things together you soon see that they add up to fun. Today you can buy Lime Crime’s inspiring cosmetics online and in many retail stores both in the United States and internationally, not bad for a girl with a dream and a hundred dollars starting money. Doe Deere inspires everyone she talks to and tells them to embrace their dreams and move forward taking action to achieve their goals and dreams. Doe is a firm believer that dreams do come true.

One of the ways that Doe built her business was to start with an Ebay store. Later she started to blog. She started to showcase her products and do tutorials and run contests and giveaways. This started to build her a loyal fan base and today the company uses this method on Instagram. Lime Crime has over 3 million people who follow on that social media alone.Regardless of if you follow the brand Lime Crime on social media or not, you will no doubt love their product line as long as you believe in using makeup that is bold and beautiful to create and inspire your own personal freedom.
